Van Morrison's long and illustrious career has included many appearances at the Montreux Festival. This sumptuous performance from 1980 includes many of his best loved tracks 'Wavelength', 'Moondance' and 'Tupelo Honey' alongside other classics.

Live at Montreux 1980/1974 is the first official DVD by Northern Irish singer-songwriter Van Morrison. It was released on October 16, 2006. The films consist of two separate performances by Van Morrison at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland. It was certified gold in May 2007 and platinum in June 2009.

Van Morrison and his band perform live in Essen, Germany, in April 1982. Highlights include "Into the Mystic", "Full Force Gale", "Bright Side of the Road" and "Cleaning Windows".

Van Morrison’s classic 1974 live album It’s Too Late to Stop Now is generally considered to be one of the greatest concert recordings of all time. For it, he was backed by probably the best band he had ever (or would ever) assembled. The eleven-piece Caledonia Soul Orchestra, which included strings and a horn section. The group was a finely tuned rhythm and blues machine, able to stop and start on a dime. The Rainbow show was taped by the BBC. The following year, after the album came out in February–lavishly packaged in a triptych fold-out cover– the concert was simulcast on BBC 2 television and on Radio 2 in FM stereo for “stereo TV” on May 27th, 1973.

Van Morrison showcases tracks from albums including Keep It Simple, Magic Time and Vanlose Stairway, backed by a full band and joined by guests including guitarist Mick Green and organ maestro Georgie Fame.

Legends is one of the most musically accomplished groups of all time. With Eric Clapton on guitar, Joe Sample of The Crusaders on keyboards, virtuoso saxophone player David Sanborn and super session players Steve Gadd on drums and Marcus Miller on bass, the group's pedigree is extraordinary. They never made an album and this concert at Montreux is the only record of their stunning collaboration.

The night of July 12th 2010 was a memorable evening in the history of the Montreux Jazz Festival. The theme of the night was "Singin' and Swingin'" and it starred Roger Cicero and his fantastic Big Band under the guidance of Lutz Krajenski. Cicero and Hs Band gave an electrifying performance with a mixture of swing ballads, seventies' soul and danceable grooves featuring classics like "Zieh die Schuh aus", "Nicht artgerecht" and "Wenn sie dich fragt" and the English adaptations of his hits "Murphys Gesetz" ("Murphy's Law") and "Ich had das Gefühl für dich verlor'n" ("That You And I Feeling"). Roger Cicero enchanted the crowd and his musicians thrilled this discerning audience. What a show!

Nina Simone was one of the greatest female vocalists of the 20th Century. She was equally at home singing jazz, blues, soul, gospel or pure pop. Nina made four appearances at the Montreux Festival between 1968 and 1990.

Founded in 1967, the Montreux Jaxx Festival has established itslef as one of the ost prestigious annual music events in the world. The extraordinary list of artists who have played there is drawn from across the musical spectrum and from around the world. Now, with the consent of the festival and the artists, Eagle Vision is making these concerts available on DVD for the first time. Eric Clapton has appeared at the Montreux Festival on a number of occasions both in his own right and as a guest of other performers. In his concert from 1986 he is very much the star as, with the more than capable backing of Phil Collins on drums, Nathan East on bass and Greg Phillinganes on keyboards, he turns in great performances on many of his best know tracks including: "Layla", "White Room", "I Shot the Sheriff", "Sunshine Of Your Love", "Behind The Mask" and more.

Live at Montreux 2000 is a concert DVD by Lou Reed, released in 2005 by Eagle Vision. It was recorded at the 2000 Montreux Jazz Festival in Montreux, Switzerland. Reed performed eight songs from the Album Ecstasy plus a few older ones. Lou Reed is one of the most influential artists of the rock era. From his days in the sixties as the main singer and songwriter of the Velvet Underground and through his mercurial solo career he has kept his audience and the critics on their toes with dramatic changes of musical direction from album to album.
